The vertical band sawing machine is an efficient sawing machine. The device has beautiful appearance design, reasonable structure design, stable stability, strong rigidity and high cutting precision. Dedicated to heavy-duty, and medium and small-sized general machinery, molds, forgings, metallurgy, mining machinery, ships, bridges and metal materials, materials, round materials, etc., can also be suitable for a variety of black and non-ferrous metal materials sawing.

The main structure and process of this machine are described as follows:

(1) Basement of machine:

The bed is a box-shaped welded structure with sufficient rigidity. A working platform, a cooling water tank, etc. are provided on the bed.

(2) Saw rack moving guide

The use of high-precision linear guide rails does not cause crawling when the work is carried out. The fit clearance between the two is small, the rigidity is good, the vertical of the sawn cutting surface is good, and the performance is stable.

(3) Main drive section

The main drive of this machine adopts high-precision high-quality worm gear reducer combined with variable-frequency stepless speed regulation.

(4) Hydraulic section

Cylinder—The inner wall and the piston rod are both plated with hard chrome. The seals are of world brands, so no crawling leakage and high durability.

Hydraulic pump - Variable variable vane pump using three excellent oil pumps, the temperature rise of the oil temperature is low, and the hydraulic system is stable for a long period of time.

(5) Saw band guide and mobile device section

  The saw band is twisted by the guide device. Two sets of hard alloy guide blocks are installed inside the guide seat, and bearing guides are installed on the front and rear sides, enabling fine adjustment.

(6) Saw Blade tension

  Saw with hydraulic tension device through the valve to adjust the tension or relaxation pulley, tension force adjustable through the pressure regulator, 4 ~ 6MPa.

(7) Electrical box and electrical control box section

 The electrical cabinet is a standing cabinet type and is placed on the left side of the sawing machine. The electrical components of the electrical box are centrally arranged and installed. The frequency converter is separated from the transformer and electrical components and can automatically discharge heat, achieving the stability and reliability of the electrical components. The service life greatly reduces the electrical failure rate.

  The electrical appliance operating button is on the upper part of the electrical box of the control panel. The entire machine tool operation can be realized by the button manipulation on the operating panel. The entire electrical system configuration is as follows: The frequency converter selects domestic famous products such as Sanjing or Sifang, the motor adopts domestic Y series standard products, and limit switches adopt domestically-made general products.

(8) Cooling device

  The cooling device is installed on the left side of the bed barrel, and the water cavity is distributed on the bed of the main machine through the work of the water pump to the parts requiring cooling devices, and can automatically return to the storage tank pump station for automatic circulation. The tank is equipped with an overflow hole to ensure that the motor will not be damaged by adding more water by mistake. The platform is designed with a coolant backflow device to ensure that the entire machine is designed with reasonable efficiency and there is no diffuse flow phenomenon.
