From time to time, check whether the concentration and amount of emulsified cutting fluid in the worm gear box of the horizontal band saw machine and the water tank (components: high water tank, water storage tank, low water tank) are now in place. Band sawing machines are mainly used for sawing carbon structural steel, low alloy steel, high alloy steel, special alloy steel and stainless steel, acid-resistant steel and other metal materials. According to the structure, it is divided into horizontal band sawing machine and vertical band sawing machine, and horizontal type is divided into scissors type, double upright column and single upright band sawing machine.

3. Organize to clean the lubricated tissue of the part at regular intervals, and keep the entire oil circuit clear and free from leakage.

Only after the above three major maintenances are done, will your band sawing machine be applied satisfactorily and cut like mud to help your operation succeed.
