The full-automatic high-speed metal circular saw is a conventional machine tool produced by Party B's company, which is mainly composed of machine bed, power head, feeding system, clamping device, hydraulic system, electrical system, spray cooling system, oil mist collector, automatic lubrication system, saw blade cleaning device, automatic feeding mechanism, feeding rack, front discharge rack, etc.
(1) Machine bed: The main body of the bed is made of high-quality gray cast iron cast as a whole. After high-temperature tempering and aging treatment, the casting has no defects such as inclusions, bubbles, and cracks, and has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, and small deformation, which can greatly improve the overall rigidity and sawing stability of the machine tool.
(2) Power head part: The gearbox body is made of high-quality gray cast iron cast as a whole, with high strength and impact resistance. The transmission gears made of high-performance gear materials undergo special heat treatment and precision grinding to ensure smooth transmission and high transmission efficiency. All bearings are imported high-precision and high-strength bearings, which make the entire gearbox operate with low noise, smooth and reliable transmission performance. The workpiece cutting accuracy is high and there are no burrs. The spindle adopts advanced structural methods, which can be suitable for the installation and use of saw blades of the same model at home and abroad. Compared with the widely used structural methods in China, it is more reasonable in structure and installation, greatly enhancing the impact resistance of the spindle. The magnetic powder brake imported from Taiwan achieves gear clearance compensation function, realizing zero clearance transmission of gears during the sawing process, making the sawing process smoother and preventing blade vibration. The adoption of a unique saw blade stabilization system can greatly improve the rigidity of clamping the circular saw blade, reduce the vibration and deflection of the saw blade, and greatly improve the service life of the saw blade, ensuring reliable cutting accuracy.
